We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a proven track record of helping students improve their language skills. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.

• Encourage and motivate students to practice English outside of tutoring sessions.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any issues that arise during sessions.

• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate new techniques into teaching practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.

• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
